How to buy tickets for future Chiswick Book Festival events

•    On-line

We do not charge a booking fee.
Payment will be by credit or debit card via Paypal (although you do not need to have a Paypal account).

Tickets will be immediately available for you to download and print off at home. Alternatively, for a small fee, they can be posted out to you – please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

NB.  If you choose the postal option when booking within 5 days of the performance, your tickets will be held on the door ready for collection.

Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time to collect them.

•    By post

Only if you are unable to book online. Please complete an Advance Booking Form, available from:

  • St Michael & All Angels Church, Bedford Park, Bath Road, London W4 1ITX.

Enclose cash or a cheque together with a STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE so that your tickets can be posted out to you.

•    At the Festival (if not sold out)

It may be possible to buy tickets at the door of the event, or during the day at the Festival (on Saturday and Sunday), if they have not already sold out. Please note that all purchases must be paid for in cash or by cheque and there is a limit of £100 on all cheque purchases.

If you have any queries about buying tickets please email Sue Buchan

Should change/s to the event become necessary owing to unforeseen or unavoidable causes or in the very unlikely event that an event has to be cancelled or abandoned, we will make every endeavour to rearrange it and offer tickets for the alternative performance.

All ticket holders will be notified of any changes if practicably possible.  Should re-arrangement not be possible we will fully refund the face value of the ticket and any booking fee paid.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds in other circumstances.
